This pair of fierce lions are ancient temple artefacts. They are embodiments of the Goddess' vahana, the lion, which represents the trifecta of will, power, and determination; which is mastered by the Goddess Durga, shown through her position on top of the lions. Made entirely out of teak wood, this old vyali figure is generally used during temple festivals to carry the idol of the Goddess. The original sheen of the wood is maintained, through which the rich grain of the teak can be observed. The natural wood finish adds to the fiery expression on these lions and make them a sight to behold.

We will assess the damage and revert within 24 hours. We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or just send you a replacement part.
